Area of location: the 8-hectare vineyard is terraced, from the slopes of the southern side of Mount Epomeo on the island of Ischia in the municipality of Serrara Fontana at 150 meters above sea level, between the village of Sant'Angelo and the hamlet of Serrara

Sensations: Pale straw yellow color with hints of apricot, apple and floral notes such as hawthorn and magnolia. On the palate slightly sour, soft, dry and harmonious with retronasal sensations reminiscent of the nose. An acid/soft harmony is detected, remarkably full-bodied and persistent.
Pairings: It is recommended to be served at a temperature between 8° and 10° C, with seafood appetizers, soups and seafood dishes, but especially with typical Ischitan dishes (rabbit, cafone salads).
